Mark Colodny Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity, Chairman of Global Technology
Mark Colodny is a Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity, Chairman of Global Technology, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Executive Management Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2001, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Primedia where he ran the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mark began his career as a Journalist at Fortune Magazine. He is a Director of Helix and Internet Brands. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of ProPublica’s Board of Directors, and is a Director of The City. Mark received an AB from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Timothy F. Geithner Chairman
Timothy Geithner serves as Chairman of Warburg Pincus. Before joining Warburg Pincus, Timothy served as the 75th Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2009 to 2013. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2003 to 2009. He began his U.S. government career with the Treasury Department in 1988. Timothy is Chair of the Program on Financial Stability at the Yale University School of Management, where he is also a visiting lecturer. He is a member of the International Rescue Committee Board of Advisors. He is the Co-Chair of the Aspen Economic Strategy Group. He is a member of the Group of Thirty. Timothy holds a BA in Government and Asian Studies from Dartmouth College and an MA in International Economics and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Steven Glenn Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Steven Glenn is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Warburg Pincus. He leads the firm’s Operations Management Group and is a member of the Executive Management Group. Steven is responsible for all Financial Administration and Treasury functions in his role as Chief Financial Officer and oversees all operational functions in his role as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2007, he was a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steven is the former Treasurer of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey and is actively involved with Lunch Break of Red Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant, received a BS from Binghamton University, an MS from SUNY Albany, and a JD from Fordham University.

Chip Kaye Chairman
Chip Kaye is Chairman of Warburg Pincus and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Executive Management Group. Chip started his career at Warburg Pincus in 1986 and served as Chief Executive Officer for over two decades. Chip led Warburg Pincus’ entry into Asia in 1994, building one of the first global private equity firms to enter the region. Chip is Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and on the Board of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also a member of the Private Equity Taskforce of the Sustainable Markets Initiative and serves on the Executive Committee of the Partnership for New York City. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Vishal Mahadevia Managing Director, Head of Asia Private Equity, Global Co-Head of Financial Services
Vishal Mahadevia is a Managing Director, Head of Asia Private Equity and Co-Head of Global Financial Services, and a member of the Executive Committee and Executive Management Group at Warburg Pincus. Vishal is also a Director of PVR INOX Limited and Apollo Tyres Limited. He serves on the International Advisory Board of Center for the Advanced Study of India, the Board of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, and the India Regional Board of Room to Read. He received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim Neary Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity
Jim Neary is a Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Private Equity and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Executive Management Group. During his career at Warburg Pincus, Jim has led or co-led industrials and business services; late-stage technology-enabled services; technology, media & telecommunications; capital markets; and healthcare. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2000, he was a Managing Director at Chase Securities. He is a Board Member of several companies including Allied Universal, Consolidated Precision Products, Norstella, Sotera Health, and WEX. Among other public and private companies, he has previously served on the Boards of Duravant, Endurance International Group, Hygiena, Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., Interactive Data Corporation, InComm Holdings, Coyote Logistics, EFS (Electronic Funds Source), and Alert Global Media Holdings. He is on the Board of Trustees of The Mount Sinai Health System, The Eaglebrook School, the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and Ownership Works. He received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was the Eugene Lerner Finance Scholar.

Jeffrey Perlman Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey Perlman is Chief Executive Officer of Warburg Pincus and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Executive Management Group. Prior to his current role, Jeffrey served as President of the firm.
During his tenure at Warburg Pincus, Jeffrey has successfully expanded the firm’s business in Asia Pacific, overseeing the firm’s private equity investing activities in Southeast Asia as well as its real estate business across Asia Pacific. In addition, Jeffrey co-founded and sponsored some of the largest real estate companies in the region, partnering with entrepreneurs to build successful and sustainable companies.
He currently serves or has previously served on the Boards of Directors for numerous leading companies including BW Industrial Development JSC, MoMo, StorHub, Princeton Digital Group Limited, and ESR Group Limited. In addition, Jeffrey is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the US-ASEAN Business Council, which works to create trade and investment opportunities in the economies of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Children’s Fund, a non-profit committed to improving the education outcomes for children in Detroit.
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2006, Jeffrey worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Dan Zilberman Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Solutions, and Global Co-Head of Financial Services
Dan Zilberman is a Managing Director, member of the Executive Committee and Executive Management Group, Global Head of Capital Solutions and Global Co-Head of Financial Services. Previously, he was Head of Warburg Pincus Europe, and co-founded the firm’s Financial Services investing business. Currently, Dan is a Director of Exeter Finance and McGill & Partners. He previously sat on the boards of a number of landmark Warburg Pincus portfolio companies, including SCUSA, Primerica, Network International, Avaloq, Santander Asset Management, The Mutual Fund Store, MAX IT and many others. He is a Senior Fellow and Lecturer at the Wharton School, the University Pennsylvania where he received the Wharton Teaching Excellence Award. He is also on the Graduate Executive Board of the Wharton School and is on the Advisory Board of the Huntsman Program, both at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Trustees and serves on the President’s Council at Tufts University. Dan was previously named by Financial News as one of the Top 50 Most Influential people in Private Equity in Europe and by The Marker as one of the Top 100 Most Influential people in Business in Israel, and by C-Suite Spotlight as one of the Top 100 Wharton Graduates in Finance and Investing. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2005, he worked at Evercore Capital Partners and Lehman Brothers. He received a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
